At Mistyluma, every dust jacket is custom-made to fit the specific book edition and dimensions provided by the customer. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution. Please measure your book yourself and do not rely on dimensions found online, as they are often inaccurate. Mistyluma cannot be responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. If your package appears delayed or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the best possible solution.
