Shipping Policy

All Mistyluma dust jackets are made to order and prepared individually to fit the book dimensions provided by the customer.

Processing Time

The current processing time is approximately 10 business days from the date the order and all required book measurements are received.

Please note that processing times are estimates and may vary slightly during periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via FedEx.

Estimated shipping time is usually around 5 business days, depending on the destination and FedEx service availability.

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or local delivery issues.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Depending on the destination country, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges. Unless these fees are collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package.

If your shipment appears significantly delayed or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with FedEx to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
